Requirements
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence
- 3 years of Leadership Experience or Bachelors Degree
- Excellent organizational and team working skills
- Effective verbal communication and numerical skills
- Proficient IT skills and enthusiasm
- Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- Ability to set a positive example for the team
Responsibilities
- Oversee the everyday operations and supervision of the store
- Manage resources efficiently and effectively
- Handle stock, staff, and sales management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Manage budgets and maintain financial records
- Address customer complaints and queries
- Maximize profitability and productivity
- Motivate staff to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Prepare promotional displays and materials
- Provide opportunities for staff advancement
