The Impact You’ll Make Reporting to senior executive and nursing leadership, you will serve as the clinical and operational leader for Labor & Delivery services, accountable for performance, quality outcomes, and seamless care delivery. Ideal Candidate Profile Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (BSN required if Master’s is not in Nursing) 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, ideally in Women’s Services or Labor & Delivery Proven success leading teams, driving process improvement, and managing complex projects Experience in unionized healthcare environments preferred Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and performance optimization Expertise in change management, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Demonstrated ability to build collaborative physician and executive partnerships Servant leader with exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic influence Licensure & Certifications Active Registered Nurse license (or eligibility) Nursing Leadership certification (or ability to obtain within two years) The Leadership Opportunity This is more than an operational role, it is a strategic leadership position for a forward-thinking nursing executive ready to shape the future of maternal care, elevate clinical excellence, and lead high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed healthcare environment. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (BSN required if Master’s is not in Nursing)
