We are seeking a visionary Director, Wholesale to architect the future of Madison Reed’s retail partnerships while executing the daily groundwork required to get there. This is not a maintenance role; it is a builder role for a critical thinker who refuses to wait for instructions. You must be capable of toggling effortlessly between high-level 3–5 year planning and the immediate operational rigor required to drive results. In this role, you will not just design the roadmap; you will pave it. You will move beyond standard sales management to become a true strategic thought partner , responsible for interpreting complex market signals and personally driving the actions that ensure Madison Reed leads in the omnichannel beauty space. The position reports to the SVP, Wholesale and is full time and remote, with up to 25% travel from home including but not limited to retailer visits, store manager shows, industry events, team meetings, Quarterly Business meetings, & company-sponsored events. The base salary range for this position is between 150,000 and 155,000. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
