The Director, Website Strategy and Operations owns the strategy, performance, and execution of Sophosâ global website ecosystem, ensuring it operates as a high-impact engine for brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for defining and delivering a modern, scalable web roadmap that improves user experience, drives conversion, and supports Sophosâ global go-to-market objectives. This leader partners closely with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Creative, UX, and Digital teams to bring high-quality, relevant content and experiences to market quickly and effectively. In addition to overseeing day-to-day site operations, the role drives innovation across SEO/AEO, personalization, analytics, and emerging AI-driven web capabilities, while leading and developing a high-performing global web team.
