The Director/VP of eCommerce & Marketing is responsible for leading the company’s digital growth strategy across eCommerce, digital marketing, and online customer engagement. This role oversees the performance, strategy, and day-to-day management of the company’s B2B online platforms, including the website, hosted catalogs, EDI, and marketplace channels (such as Amazon). Additionally, the role drives integrated marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve customer retention. This leader will partner closely with IT’s Product Manager to ensure alignment of business strategy, customer experience, and technology roadmap. They will also play a key role in the company’s 80/20 customer segmentation initiative, ensuring digital and marketing investments focus on strategic, high-value customer segments.
