The Head of Demand Programs will report to our Chief Commercial Officer. The focus of this role is to drive revenue performance and sales productivity at scale for our business on a global basis. This team will work cross-functionally with sales leaders, field sales, sales strategy, sales enablement, data science, product marketing, and demand generation teams to design and execute programs to drive pipeline and revenue. This leader will bring a data-driven approach to optimizing sales processes and program effectiveness, identifying gaps and opportunities to increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve forecast accuracy.
