The Director, Visual Merchandising, is responsible for leading the development and execution of a cohesive, brand-right visual merchandising strategy across all stores, digital, and the entire platform. This role drives a compelling “retailtainment” experience that seamlessly connects in-store and digital touchpoints, enhances the customer journey, and supports business objectives. This leader defines, designs, and implements innovative visual merchandising strategies that bring the brand to life, optimize product presentation, and maximize sales productivity. The role partners closely with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure consistent, impactful execution across the fleet.
