Visual Merchandising Manager

About The Position

Are you able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists? If so, as NFM’s Visual Display Manager, you will manage and coordinate the store appearance daily while implementing visual presentation standards and guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Merchandising, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of successful experience display experience
2 years of supervisory/management experience
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
Computer skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Responsibilities

Monitor store appearance
Consults with advertising and sales officials to ascertain type of merchandise to be featured and time and place for each display
Develops layout and selects theme, colors, and props to be used
Merchandise displays at special exhibits such as trade shows
Work with CEO on assigned projects
