The Director, Trade & Supply Chain Compliance leads the design and execution of Masco’s global supply chain compliance strategy. This role sets enterprise standards, partners closely with Business Units, and helps the organization operate confidently and efficiently in a complex regulatory environment. This leader drives alignment across policies, processes, and governance while supporting smart supply chain design decisions that balance compliance, risk, and business needs. The scope includes global trade compliance and broader supply chain responsibility programs. Areas of focus include import and export regulations, Supplier Code of Conduct and Responsible Sourcing, Conflict Minerals reporting, Anti Human Trafficking and Forced Labor regulations, Department of Transportation requirements, and other supply chain compliance obligations. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise wide strategies, policies, procedures, and controls across all in scope supply chain compliance areas Partner with business and functional leaders to enable compliant, efficient supply chain design in a dynamic regulatory environment Build, lead, and develop a collaborative, high performing team while fostering strong partnerships across Masco Business Units and enabling functions Own and execute the North America trade strategy, including import and export compliance, broker management, and evaluation of trade programs such as FTZ, bonded warehouse, duty drawback, and FSFE Establish and maintain strong relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and trade advisors, including co leading quarterly performance reviews supported by scorecards and KPIs Engage proactively with regulatory agencies and coordinate company responses to audits, inquiries, or enforcement actions Lead the Global Sanctions program, including oversight of service providers and clear escalation and remediation processes Oversee participation in supply chain security programs such as CTPAT and AEO and ensure ongoing audit readiness through strong documentation practices Lead internal audits and compliance assessments to evaluate control effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement Support business development activities by leading compliance due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures Define and execute a technology and data strategy to improve visibility, reporting, and efficiency across compliance activities Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor compliance, assess enterprise impact, and drive continuous improvement Develop and deliver enterprise training programs for trade and compliance teams, aligned with Licensed Customs Broker continuing education requirements Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on trade and compliance topics in support of global commercial strategies
