Office of Nondiscrimination & Accommodations Compliance: The Office of Nondiscrimination & Accommodations Compliance (ONAC) oversees and implements the University’s program for compliance with federal and state laws covering equal opportunity and civil rights, Title IX, and disability, pregnancy, or religious accommodations. ONAC oversees the development of effective policies and procedures, education and training, monitoring, communication, and responding to reported concerns. ONAC staff are responsible for compliance, complaint resolution, accommodations, information, and training. The Opportunity: UCF's Office of Nondiscrimination & Accommodations Compliance (ONAC) seeks experienced candidates for Director, Title IX Coordinator. The Director, Title IX Coordinator manages and oversees the University's Title IX compliance program, ensures that the program complies with applicable state and federal laws and regulations prohibiting sex discrimination, and makes appropriate changes to the program to maintain compliance and reduce the risk of sex discrimination. The Director, Title IX Coordinator provides guidance and support to the university community on Title IX and works to strengthen the culture on campus to reduce the incidence of sex discrimination.
