The Warrior community is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as Director for Student Conduct and Title IX Coordinator. This critical leadership role will champion a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment by managing the student conduct process, ensuring compliance with Title IX and related regulations, and advancing education, prevention, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to student development, and the ability to collaborate across campus to uphold community standards and foster a culture of equity and accountability. The Director for Student Conduct and Title IX Coordinator will support the University’s efforts to create a learning and working environment that upholds community standards and is free from sex-and gender-based discrimination and misconduct. The Director for Student Conduct manages the conduct process and system in support of student development and growth, providing advice, counsel and regular updates to SVP Student Affairs. As Title IX Coordinator, the role ensures compliance with Title IX and related federal and state regulations, while also contributing to civil rights policy development, bias reporting, and resolution processes. This position will interact in a mature and positive manner with the student body. In addition to managing the conduct case load, the person will coordinate the education, prevention, and response efforts for the campus.
