This role provides strategic direction and guidance within broad functions or lines of business across various technology functions, which may include software engineering, platform system development, information security, enterprise architecture, infrastructure (data center, network, telephony), and/or PMO-Program/Project Management. The Director will align with the GTS vision, focusing on long-term goals and setting direction for strategic business and technology challenges. This includes technical infrastructure, architecture, application systems, and related business processes, ensuring proper functioning and cohesive implementation across teams. The individual will be a strategic resource for complex problem-solving, leveraging expert technical knowledge and internal/external networks. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with peers, executive stakeholders, and team members, as well as planning for year, multi-year, and program-level initiatives, including integrated strategic technology planning with business stakeholders. The role requires a tactical orientation to prepare, deliver, and utilize technical vision, strategy, and roadmaps, engaging teams and experts in innovative dialogue. The Director will drive strategic or transformation change, identify and lead industry best practices, participate in Global Technology Solutions enterprise-level planning, and actively manage risk at functional and business levels.
