This role is pivotal in translating strategic goals into actionable programs that drive long-term value.

Requirements

  • Expertise in pricing, analytics, ecommerce front end
  • Proficiency in program estimation, risk mitigation, and scenario planning.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends and domain-specific strategies.
  • Experience designing business cases and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years' experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience.

  • Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage integrated program plans across 3 vertical tracks.: Competitive pricing, Price anomaly, prices match.
  • Monitor program performance, risks, and resource allocation using advanced tools.
  • Influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Translate business needs into technology strategies and execution plans.
