As the Director - Technical Sales, you will lead the overall technical sales strategy across multiple product categories and markets. You will manage a large-scale team of people leaders responsible for project and/or sales specialists that sell technical services, products, and systems. You will have responsibility for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to expand market presence. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the alignment of technical sales with organizational goals, lead the development of future leaders, and shape the company's product and market innovation strategies.
