This role sets the TA delivery operating model, uses data to shape investments, and ensures the organization can attract, engage, and hire top talent across regions and functions. The Director influences senior leaders, drives TA transformation for the TA delivery team. Job Overview · Leads TA delivery transformation initiatives end‑to-end (design → adoption → measurable impact). · Introduces new tools, sourcing innovations, and operating‑model changes with stability and clarity. · Balances innovation with delivery consistency across global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of global teams; sourcing leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success designing and scaling TA strategies and operating models.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategy, market intelligence, CRM optimization, and proactive pipeline design.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise decisions.
  • Uses evidence and context to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience translating data into insight and strategic action.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and evolve the TA Delivery strategy aligned to long‑range business needs that leverages AI to improve hiring quality, speed, scalability and candidate experience.
  • Defines and optimize processes, workflow design, and technology architecture (ATS/CRM/sourcing tools).
  • Creates governance, decision rights, and standards for both recruiting and sourcing.
  • Ensures the operating model can scale across geographies and business units.
  • Builds a sourcing model that supports future demand, hard‑to-fill skills, niche roles, and proactive pipelines.
  • Ensures sourcing teams leverage advanced tools, CRM design, and market intelligence to influence recruiters and business leaders.
  • Guides the sourcing team to generate enterprise‑level pipelines
  • Coaches and develops leaders and managers within both Recruiting and Sourcing to build deep capability and succession.
  • Operates as a trusted advisor to executives across multiple functions/regions.
  • Translates labor‑market signals, pipeline risk, and hiring trends into strategic workforce implications.
  • Builds executive‑ready talent narratives to align leaders on trade‑offs and priorities.
  • Manages performance across both recruiting and sourcing using dashboards and predictive insights.
  • Partners and collaborates with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Finance to ensure alignment and consistent delivery to the organization.
  • Uses labor‑market intelligence to influence hiring strategy, location decisions, and workforce planning.
  • Redesign recruitment workflows by applying AI and automation to improve sourcing, assessment and recruiter productivity while maintaining human judgement.
  • Supports governance frameworks for ethical, compliant, and bias-mitigated use of AI in hiring.
  • Evolves sourcing approaches based on competitive movements, skill adjacency, and emerging talent pools.
  • Partners with TA Brand/Marketing to activate EVP for niche markets and critical roles.
