Role Summary The company is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead the strategy and execution of hiring across the organization, ensuring the company attracts and hires exceptional talent while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience. This role leads the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, responsible for developing scalable recruiting strategies, managing recruiting operations, and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders across the company. The Director will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle including workforce planning partnership, sourcing strategy, interview processes, candidate experience, recruiting analytics, and employer brand development. As the company continues to grow, this role will ensure recruiting processes remain efficient, data-driven, and aligned with the company’s hiring goals and culture. The Director will lead and develop the recruiting team including the Manager, Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators, and will partner closely with HR Business Partners, People Operations, and executive leadership to ensure hiring plans are aligned with business priorities. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building high-performing recruiting teams, improving hiring processes, and helping organizations scale with exceptional talent. Travel: Ability to travel approximately 20% for company gatherings. Location: Denver, CO (3 day hybrid in-office role) Compensation: $170-$215K (Offers Bonus)
