About The Position

The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) director is a strategic leader responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive global talent strategy that aligns with the company’s long term business goals. This role oversees all aspects of talent acquisition across multiple regions, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce. This role deals with high-volume call center roles with pressure to meet recruiting targets for external clients. It also will be responsible for strategic support roles for the company including but not limited to Senior and Executive level roles. This will be a very hands-on position, meaning the TA Director will also be recruiting, assessing, and interviewing candidates. The Global TA director partners closely with executive leadership, HR, and business units to build a scalable, innovative recruiting function.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global leadership role.
Proven track record designing and scaling global recruiting strategies in high growth or multiregional organizations.
Proven record of managing teams remotely.
Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and hiring best practices.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high performing global teams.
Expertise with specialized support hiring.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience in multiple industries (hiring for Sales roles, a plus) or matrixed environments.
Certifications such as SHRMSCP, SPHR, or Global Talent Management credentials.
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Breezy- current ATS).
