The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) director is a strategic leader responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive global talent strategy that aligns with the company’s long term business goals. This role oversees all aspects of talent acquisition across multiple regions, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce. This role deals with high-volume call center roles with pressure to meet recruiting targets for external clients. It also will be responsible for strategic support roles for the company including but not limited to Senior and Executive level roles. This will be a very hands-on position, meaning the TA Director will also be recruiting, assessing, and interviewing candidates. The Global TA director partners closely with executive leadership, HR, and business units to build a scalable, innovative recruiting function.
