Job Summary The Director, Talent Acquisition and Engagement, is responsible for designing and delivering programs and culture initiatives that reinforce the organization’s values and enhance the employee experience. This role provides strategic leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, overseeing and developing recruiting capabilities and employer branding efforts. Additionally, this role focuses on the development and execution of internal and external initiatives, including building external visibility, creating and scaling internship programs, establishing departmental metrics and dashboards, and executing culture‑building and engagement initiatives across the organization.
