About The Position

Owl is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Operations to lead the strategy, direction, and execution of all supply chain activities. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, including procurement, production, and supplier management, as well as the leadership of our production facility. The Director will ensure demand requirements are met across the business by aligning supply chain performance with the sales and operations plan, while driving supplier development, negotiations, and overall execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Ten (10) years of supply chain and operations experience
  • Experience with S&OP and/or SIOP
  • Must have excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Sales CRM tools, ERP/MRP systems
  • Must have experience working in a team oriented, fast paced environment
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must adapt well to changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Due to US Government contracts, US Citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Supply Chain and APICS certifications
  • Experience leading a multi-location team preferred
  • Experience with server commodities a plus
  • AI experience preferred, with a focus on leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve processes, increase efficiency, and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the annual Sales, Operations, Inventory and Planning (SIOP) program for the organization.
  • Analyzes supply chain data to ensure material and product is available and ready to deliver on time and at cost.
  • Analyzes production planning to ensure product is planned, ordered, released and assembled per the SIOP plan.
  • Ensures all KPIs are developed for all operations, and the performance is monitored with return to green and corrective action plans as needed.
  • Negotiates and develops supplier pricing and agreements.
  • Ensures there is supply chain continuity to include Supply Chain Risk Management.
  • Works closely with the product development team in ensuring there is hardware product delivered on time to meet new product release schedules.
  • Ensure production capacity and planning align with sales forecast.
  • Manage production operations and procurement.
