The Role We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Supply Chain Finance to lead the financial management of our global supply chain. This senior leadership role owns the global Supply Chain P&L, balance sheet components, and financial governance of sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management across all regions. You’ll be a key finance partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and senior SC leadership, providing insights that drive cost competitiveness, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. This role also has hands-on responsibility for Americas SC operational finance and is the concept owner for Global Product Costing. You will lead a global team of 6 finance professionals, building capability, setting direction, and ensuring consistent execution of finance processes, standards, and controls.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years in finance, with deep expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations finance in a global setting.
  • P&L Ownership: Proven experience managing multi-regional, end-to-end P&L responsibility.
  • Executive Partnering: Strong track record advising C-suite leaders and driving strategic decisions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop global or regional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, working capital management, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP BW).
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to combine forward-looking insights with operational execution, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Language: Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the global Supply Chain P&L, including cost of goods sold, logistics, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain overheads.
  • Lead global supply chain financial planning, forecasting, and performance management; ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights for executive leadership; translate complex financial data into decision-oriented recommendations.
  • Act as a hands-on finance partner for Americas Supply Chain FP&A, contributing to regional planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Provide strategic business partnering to the CSCO and senior SC leadership, influencing supply chain strategy, sourcing, make/buy decisions, and transformation initiatives.
  • Own global product costing governance, ensuring transparency across manufacturing costs, purchase prices, freight, duties, and overhead allocations.
  • Oversee global logistics financial management, including distribution, warehousing, and freight across all regions.
  • Establish and enforce financial governance, controls, and process standards globally.
  • Identify cost optimization, productivity, and risk mitigation opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a global team, building a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Champion continuous improvement and standardization across finance processes, tools, and analytics.
