About The Position

To support the strategic growth of our structured settlements business, we’re creating a new sales Associate role focused on sales of our Income Advantage Indexed Structured Settlement (Income Advantage). This role will be essential in expanding our reach among structured settlement consultants and reinforcing our presence nationwide. Role Objective: The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and expanding the use of Income Advantage by structured settlement consultants and other market influencers. While the primary focus will be Income Advantage, the candidate must also be conversant in all structured settlement offerings and be able to support broader client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in insurance industry with experience in sales or client/relationship management.
  • Knowledge of structured settlements is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to obtain all necessary licenses required for the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance and build strong relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and client service.
  • Familiarity with our team’s culture, systems, and internal processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with structured settlement consultants and other market influencers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Educate market participants on the benefits of structured settlements, with a focus on Income Advantage, through phone/email outreach, direct engagement, and conference participation.
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of Income Advantage illustrations and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
  • As applicable, assist structured settlement consultants in closing transactions by providing subject matter expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
