About The Position

Peloton is undergoing a pivotal transformation in how Enterprise Technology (ET) operates—moving beyond "keeping the lights on" to becoming a trusted, strategic partner that enables the business to move faster, smarter, and more securely. As the Director of Strategy & Operations, you will be the primary engine driving this transformation. You will act as the "Chief of Staff" for the CIO organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. You will be responsible for maturing our operating model, establishing a unified technology fabric, and ensuring that our "Top 25" initiatives—from AI-powered innovation to global supply chain tech—are delivered with excellence. You will be at the forefront of Peloton’s digital future. This role gives you the authority to reshape our internal operating model, ensuring that our foundation is as high-performance and innovative as the products we deliver to our members.

  • Understanding of how to integrate AI and automation into business workflows to simplify complexity and unlock value
  • Exceptional executive-level reporting skills, with the ability to present complex operational data to the C-suite
  • You can translate a vision like "Code to Competitive Edge" into a concrete, executable plan with clear milestones and owners
  • You excel at connecting systems, data, and teams to create a unified technology ecosystem
  • You believe in "Enhancing Explainability" and use statistical forecasting and data insights to drive decision-making
  • You are comfortable leading through ambiguity and are passionate about maturing organizational processes from "reactive" to "strategic"
