Role Summary The Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading and scaling engagement with MSP aggregators and multi-entity strategic customers. This role oversees strategy, execution, and outcomes for a defined portfolio of high-value accounts, with a focus on customers influenced by private equity, M&A activity, and portfolio complexity. This position provides leadership to Strategic Account Managers and serves as the primary escalation point for complex commercial, operational, and customer-facing initiatives.
