We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated seasoned Product Manager focused on driving the adoption post launch, ensure governance, risk and legal management, establish a feedback look on feature and capabilities post adoption and make the product better. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business and sales experience, and leadership skills to drive product strategy from concept to market. This role requires a proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering successful, impactful products and managing the program tightly Product Adoption, Governance and Management: Define and articulate a clear product adoption roadmap, endure product governance, market regulation and needs, tracking adoption results, client feedback, strategy results, and develop roadmap per adoption patterns, aligned with client, internal stakeholder needs. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories Establish and manage the stakeholder forum, gather requirements from end users and manage the development plan tightly. Manage KPIs, risk, monitoring and control, ensure market regulation needs Product Management: Drive feedback and inputs into product development lifecycle, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration. Work closely with product managers, sales, prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility. Track product roadmap delivery, governance and adoption Oversee the development process, including agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Engage stake holders for testing, sign off and pivot according to the feedback. Technical Skills: Sales, revenue, operational efficiency plan management experience Understanding of Generative AI products, prompts, presets application to sales and products Bring together business use cases and drive capabilities development based on stakeholder, client, market needs Responsible for benefits and KPIs. AI Ethics & Governance: Submit, own, track model approval process for use cases Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Tight program management skills Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. High level of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging AI trends.
