THE ROLE As the Director of Social Media, you will transform our social presence from a publishing function into a high-impact engine for brand authority and market influence. You’ll lead the global organic strategy, elevating executive voices and leveraging deep social listening to drive actionable business insights. By partnering closely with Brand, Communications, and Demand teams, you will ensure our social channels move beyond metrics to become a core driver of credibility and global relevance.

Requirements

  • Strategic Leadership Expertise: A proven track record of leading complex, global social media strategies within a B2B and enterprise environment, focusing on brand storytelling and community growth.
  • Executive & Influencer Savvy: Extensive experience managing high-stakes executive social programs and scaling influencer initiatives that drive measurable industry engagement.
  • Analytical Mastery: Technical proficiency with enterprise social suites (such as Sprout, Brandwatch, or Sprinklr) and a deep understanding of how to use sentiment analysis and attribution to prove business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to partner across Creative, Communications, and Demand Generation teams to integrate social insights into holistic business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Global Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive organic social roadmap that synchronizes our brand voice across all platforms, ensuring every interaction increases our global Share of Voice and brand sentiment.
  • Lead Executive Presence: Design and manage our executive thought leadership program, partnering with senior leaders to craft authentic, insight-driven narratives that build industry trust and individual authority.
  • Drive Intelligence & Insights: Establish a sophisticated social listening and reporting framework to provide the organization with real-time market intelligence, informing content planning and broader marketing decisions.
  • Scale Advocacy & Influence: Launch and optimize global employee advocacy and influencer programs that amplify our reach through trusted, human-centric storytelling.
  • Nurture High-Performing Teams: Lead and mentor a team of social specialists, setting high standards for creative excellence and data-driven experimentation while fostering cross-functional collaboration with Creative and Paid teams.
