Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, âalways-entertainingâ marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships. We are seeking a Director, Social Analytics to lead our small but growing Analytics team. The Director, Social Analytics will work across our service lines to build a consistent, researched framework for measuring success for our clients. Our ideal candidate will pair a passion and curiosity for social media with a deep understanding of data-driven storytelling to mentor and guide a team of Social Media Analysts in building impactful, strategic recommendations and reports. Successful candidates must have 7-10 years of experience in the social analytics space with an in-depth understanding of organic and paid social media, preferably within an agency environment.
