The Director of Amazon will be responsible for developing and executing the overall Amazon growth strategy across Seller Central (3P), managing all aspects of the business including revenue growth, advertising, catalog optimization, forecasting, inventory planning, promotions, and channel profitability. This role requires someone who is equally strategic and executional—comfortable building long-term plans while also diving into the day-to-day details. The ideal candidate has strong beauty or CPG experience, understands consumer behavior on Amazon, and has a proven track record of scaling brands in a fast-paced environment.
