About The Position

Blueroot Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to own its global presence in the Amazon marketplace. As the Director of Amazon Strategy, this individual will be the ultimate subject matter expert responsible for the growth, profitability, and operational excellence of a multi-brand portfolio, including Vital Nutrients, Fairhaven Health, Bariatric Fusion, and Unjury. The role involves designing the roadmap to scale health and wellness brands, ensuring performance outperforms category benchmarks through a blend of innovative marketing, precise inventory planning, and high-performance advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
  • 7+ years consumer product sales experience required
  • 5+ years Ecommerce sales experience
  • Proven leadership experience with Amazon
  • Proven experience establishing effective pricing and promotional activities to increase sales and market share for the company and its customers
  • Financial acumen; experience managing a P&L or budget and forecasting
  • Experience with project management including project planning and management in a complex, fast-moving environment
  • Strong relationship and account management experience; well versed in working collaboratively with partners and customers to drive initiatives that deliver on goals

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy for BlueRoot Health’s brand portfolio on Amazon.
  • Own the end-to-end Amazon PPC strategy, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, while optimizing ACoS, TACOS, and ROAS.
  • Lead Amazon SEO initiatives, overseeing the optimization of product titles, bullet points, A+ Content, and Brand Stores to drive organic ranking and conversion.
  • Manage the full Amazon P&L, including budget forecasting, digital media investments, margin analysis, and promotional calendars.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to manage the FBA inbound strategy, inventory forecasting, and account health compliance to avoid stockouts and chargebacks.
  • Translate complex marketplace data into actionable weekly reporting for executive leadership, identifying emerging patterns and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional partners including Marketing/Brand, Supply Chain, Technology, and Finance, as well as external agency partners, to support communication, coordination, and the successful execution of role responsibilities.
