Amazon and retail search are two of our most important and highest-potential growth channels. We're looking for an Associate Director, Amazon & Retail Search to take full ownership of our presence across Amazon, Google Shopping, and retail search, and build these into best-in-class, high-growth engines for the business. This is a hands-on operator role with real P&L ownership. You'll be the one in the platforms, running the ads, fixing the listings, building the strategy, managing our agency partners, and driving the results. Our Amazon business is currently at $3M annually, and Google Shopping is a wide-open opportunity we've yet to fully unlock. This role brings a unified search mindset. You understand how keyword strategy, search intent, and content optimization connect across Amazon and Google, and you use that thinking to your advantage.
