The Regional Sales Director is responsible for all sales in a region. This role will lead, and direct sales teams of Account Executives focused on new Business Development, client retention, and growth/cross sell opportunities for existing clients. This role is chartered with meeting or exceeding sales revenue and sales profitability targets in addition to cross selling Converges advanced practices into existing customers. Regional Sales Director will report directly to the Regional Vice President of the Southeast and is responsible for engaging in strategic planning, managing sellers, selling advanced solutions and services, leveraging technology, improving processes, and growing the overall gross profit for the territory. This role will be collaborative with other regional directors across the Southeast region and the United States.
