This role is ideal for a transformational leader who combines strong organizational and operational skillsets and collaborates with the confidence to make decisive, bold business decisions. You’re a relationship-driven change leader who is just as comfortable partnering with Sales BU Leaders, as you are with centralized technical teams, and skilled at influencing in a matrixed environment. You measure success by trust, feedback and impact, not just continuous controls.
