About The Position

In marketing and sales operations at PwC, you will be responsible for enabling the smooth functioning of a company's marketing and sales processes and maximising efficiency. You will analyse relevant data, develop and implement strategies, and provide support to the marketing and/or sales teams. You will also collaborate with other teams to streamline operations, optimise marketing and sales tools and technology, and improve overall performance. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity As part of the Marketing and Sales Operations team you will own the transformation roadmap, orchestrate cross-functional delivery, and develop operating-model, process, and technology changes that improve speed, quality, and cost. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while maintaining PwC's reputation for quality and integrity. This role offers the chance to lead impactful initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 10 yrs of experience in marketing operations/strategy/transformation
