About The Position

Following is a list, not in order of priority, of the 3 major responsibilities of this position. Work time will vary depending on if the team is working month-end, quarter-end, etc. Lead monthly Sales Inventory Mix reviews to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of inventory Manage and execute inventory audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity Oversee the preparation and distribution of the monthly deeded inventory package for executive leadership Develop and deliver executive-level reports and insights to support strategic decision-making Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators Identify trends and opportunities for inventory optimization through data analysis Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Support training initiatives and professional development and succession planning Blend the three Sales Inventory teams together so that when a team member is out of office, other Sales Inventory team members will cover the duties Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other departments to align inventory processes with organizational goals Coordinate with General Directors and regional teams for unit type validation and sign-off Serve as a subject matter expert in inventory operations during cross-functional projects and initiatives Ensure continuity of operations and reporting during organizational changes Advocate for role realignment and resource planning to reflect expanded scope and sustained performance

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly Sales Inventory Mix reviews to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of inventory
  • Manage and execute inventory audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of the monthly deeded inventory package for executive leadership

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members

  • Support training initiatives and professional development and succession planning
  • Blend the three Sales Inventory teams together so that when a team member is out of office, other Sales Inventory team members will cover the duties
