The Director of SIOP is a strategic leader responsible for driving the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process to align demand, supply, and financial objectives. This role ensures the company delivers on customer commitments while optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and achieving revenue, margin, and working capital goals. Acting as a key business partner across the Access segment, the Director leads reviews, enables data-driven decision-making, and champions continuous improvement of SIOP processes, systems, and metrics.
