This will be working out of your home office in the US but due to team location, we need folks to live in EST or CST zone. The Director of Sales Engineers leads and develops the ADP North American pre-sales engineering organization. This leader will guide a high-performing team of Sales Engineers (SEs) who partner with account executives, solution architects, and product teams to design and demonstrate solutions that solve customers’ toughest data challenges. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and proven leadership in building world-class sales engineering teams for data platforms used for delivering enterprise scale AI solutions. The leader will partner closely with Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a seamless prospect and customer experience, ensure that customer and market feedback is incorporated into product planning.
