About The Position

This role offers the chance to lead and scale global sales enablement initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, partner readiness, and customer experience. You will design and operationalize programs that accelerate sales performance, reduce ramp time, and ensure consistent delivery of technical and business knowledge across Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Partner teams. Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or sales effectiveness, preferably within enterprise SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling global enablement programs with measurable impact on revenue, productivity, and partner readiness.
  • Experience building partner certification and implementation readiness programs.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leveraging learning platforms, certification frameworks, and enablement technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global sales and partner enablement strategy aligned with growth objectives and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and continuous optimization of learning programs, certifications, and role-based learning journeys for Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Partners.
  • Build scalable frameworks for onboarding, training, and partner readiness to accelerate revenue and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services to ensure enablement programs are aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track enablement effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing team of enablement professionals, fostering accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Drive operational excellence through repeatable processes, governance models, and the use of learning technologies and AI to enhance program delivery.
