About The Position

Join Fidelity Private Shares and become a key part of the team that is tackling the real world complexity of back-office operations for venture capital fund administration. We are building a platform to deliver seamless, accurate, and expert fund administration services that empower our VC clients to focus on what they do best: investing. We are seeking a product manager to join the growing product team for Fidelity’s private market space, Fidelity Private Shares, within Fidelity Labs. Our team delivers innovative technology, robust industry experience and expertise, and seamless service to our customers. As product manager, you’ll apply your expertise to creating a product that will change how startups, lawyers, and investors think about managing company ownership. You’ll be responsible for a range of Product Management activities, including:

Responsibilities

Synthesize product feedback, market trends, and research into clear product requirements
Research regulations, best practices, and other subject matter to inform product requirements and definition
Define features and create product specification documentation
Consult with operational and technical team to assess feasibility, clarify use cases, and guide development of features and enhancements
Draft or review product content for accuracy and comprehension
Conduct product acceptance testing and validation
Communicate release information to sales, marketing & operational teams
