THE ROLE: The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the company’s end-to-end revenue engine. This role oversees Sales Operations and Renewal Operations, ensuring predictable revenue growth, operational rigor, and a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle—from initial opportunity through renewal and expansion. The Director of Revenue Operations serves as a strategic partner to Sales/CX leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, translating company growth objectives into scalable processes, data-driven insights, and enabling systems. This leader is accountable for revenue forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, renewal performance, target alignment, and the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and analytics that support frontline revenue teams. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong ability to align people, process, and technology to drive efficiency, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
