About The Position

You lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching managers, addressing performance gaps, and building a strong leadership pipeline. You deliver a premium customer experience by ensuring service excellence, handling escalations, and maintaining high standards across all locations. You execute operational excellence by managing the Daily Game Plan, ensuring PCI compliance, and monitoring key regional KPIs. You lead process improvements and support regional growth by identifying underperformance and implementing strategic solutions. You oversee risk and security by enforcing fraud prevention, improving labor efficiency, and upholding operational standards

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years' work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental) of relevant experience.
  • You possess good supervisory skills, strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus), and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • You are highly organized and have excellent customer service skills.
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • You are at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and can work 40 + hours per week, including day/evening shifts.
