About The Position

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of PM experience, with a focus on integrated, high-impact programs.
  • Mastery of strategic planning, team leadership, and risk management.
  • Advanced certifications or equivalent hands-on experience required

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy: Develop and oversee delivery strategies for complex, multi-layered programs that exceed client and organizational goals.
  • Inspire Teams: Align departmental resources across programs, fostering innovation and collaboration to drive high-quality results.
  • Build Partnerships: Manage high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to shape impactful decisions.
  • Ensure Excellence: Define and enforce quality standards, proactively mitigating risks to protect program success.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage financial strategies across programs, oversee margin performance, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Optimize Performance: Implement resource strategies that maximize efficiency and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations to guide organizational strategy and decision-making.
  • Champion AI: Oversee adoption of AI-driven tools for forecasting, risk management, and resource optimization, setting new standards for efficiency.
