The Director of the School Partnership Program (SPP) leads the operations of Saint Louis Counseling’s (SLC) school-based mental health services across a multi-county region. The Director ensures reliable, high-quality support for schools and students by overseeing clinician staffing, scheduling, coverage, and partner coordination. Working closely with the Senior Clinical Director, this role supports strong clinical quality, risk management, and compliance while guiding a distributed team of clinicians. The Director also serves as a key partner to school districts, helping translate complex operational and clinical needs into responsive, accessible mental health services for students and families. This is a 12-month position supporting year-round program operations. Some evening and weekend hours may be required for school events, community engagement, and operational priorities.
