The Program Director oversees all aspects of program performance, including the integration of NGJ-LB systems onto the EA-18G platform, alignment with US Navy and Australian Air Force requirements, and coordination with government, industry, and international stakeholders. The role involves directing cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and support, while managing program budgets, schedules, and risk to achieve successful outcomes. The Program Director ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, drives innovation and technical excellence, and delivers program objectives that meet or exceed customer expectations. This position requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex acquisition processes, foster collaborative relationships, and champion the NGJ-LB program as a critical enabler of coalition electronic warfare capabilities.
