Brightree is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Professional Services Consulting to lead a high-performing team of consultants and trainers responsible for customer onboarding and implementation of Brightree’s HME Core and add-on modules. This role is pivotal in driving client success, employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving financial and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10–12 years of experience leading professional services teams.
  • Proven success managing a Professional Services practice in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in Healthcare IT, preferably with HME experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior (C-level) executives and influence strategic decisions.
  • Expertise in project management, consulting delivery, and customer onboarding.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to lead through change and motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel (20–30%).

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership Define and execute the vision and strategic direction for the Professional Services Consulting team.
  • Lead transformational initiatives that enhance team performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Team Management & Development Manage and mentor a team of consultants and trainers focused on onboarding and implementing HME Core and add-on modules.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Customer Success & Implementation Ensure successful delivery of consulting and training services throughout the customer onboarding lifecycle.
  • Act as Executive Sponsor for key client projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Product Management, Development, and Customer Support to drive seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop innovative consulting packages that enhance product adoption and customer value.
  • Operational Excellence Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, and service delivery standards.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and ensure alignment with revenue and profitability objectives.
