Acrisure is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to define and lead the product narrative that connects Acrisure’s growing portfolio across risk, workforce, and technology solutions to clear market value for priority buyers. This leader will own market segmentation, positioning, messaging architecture, and competitive strategy, ensuring that Acrisure’s offerings are clearly differentiated and aligned to priority buyers and growth segments. The Director will partner closely with Product, Sales, GTM Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Field Marketing to translate complex capabilities into compelling value propositions that guide how we build, message, and bring solutions to market. As Acrisure evolves into a multi-solution fintech platform, Product Marketing will play a critical role in clarifying the portfolio narrative, informing product and GTM strategy through market insight, and ensuring the organization tells a consistent and differentiated story across solutions, industries, and client segments.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic product marketer with experience translating complex products into clear positioning, messaging, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Proven ability to synthesize market research, customer insight, and competitive intelligence into actionable product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Exceptional storyteller and communicator capable of influencing executives and aligning cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B go-to-market models and how segmentation, messaging, and positioning drive revenue growth.
  • Experience leading or scaling product marketing capabilities or cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong business acumen with a data-informed approach to decision making.
  • Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Market Strategy, or related roles within complex B2B or multi-product environments.
  • Experience building or scaling product marketing capabilities in high-growth organizations.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Revenue teams to shape positioning, messaging, and solution strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in B2B Insurance, SaaS, enterprise software, or other complex or regulated industries preferred.
  • Background in fintech, insurance, financial services, or other complex services industries is a plus but not required.
