Job Summary: The Director, Product Management provides strategic leadership and management to the electronics product category for the Locks & Access Solutions SBU and is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategies that align and support the overall SBU strategy to meet customer and market needs. This role will drive development and implementation of innovative strategies in their team to optimize the product portfolio, ensuring that resources are most effectively allocated toward the best opportunities to achieve business goals. The Director, Product Management uses their excellent leadership, communication ability, analytical skills and business acumen to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the product portfolio strategy through leadership of their direct team and partnerships with stakeholders.
