As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for managing a team of senior product managers to define product strategies that ensure we’re meeting the needs of our key client personas through our overall product delivery and go-to-market execution. Use market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes and data-driven insights to create growth business cases.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of product management experience.
  • Proficiency in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate leadership in senior product management roles.
  • Experience formulating and executing product strategies for business growth.
  • Success in overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Business case development expertise.
  • Launching and commercializing products.
  • Strong command of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Expertise in managing diverse product lines, balancing resource allocation.
  • Profound quantitative background, deriving insights from complex data.
  • Ability to connect innovative thinking to business and financial outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adept at navigating complexities and managing stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce or social media domains.
  • Background in multinational product development organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product commercialization strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage product packaging analysis to maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog of product growth opportunities.
  • Lead product management team to scale strategic capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on product best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, implementation and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Provide regular updates on strategies to leadership, promoting alignment and transparency.
  • Regularly interact with clients.
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, and support for team alignment, effective decision-making, and successful product outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team
