This agile sales team focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions to a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods, and telecom companies. Mastercard is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join the Payment Reconciliation Intelligence (PRI) Global Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, defining business requirements for the innovation pillar, and leading the commercialization and go-to-market strategy. You will manage a team of product managers, focusing on identifying white space opportunities within card operations, and overseeing key activities such as product strategy, business requirements, pricing, and sales and delivery enablement. This position requires close collaboration with the Global Product Management technical team to ensure that the product vision, roadmap, and priorities are aligned with the overall business strategy and go-to-market execution. Product Managers at Mastercard are expected to build revolutionary products that help businesses maximize value from their data assets, translate customer understanding into valuable solutions, balance long-term product direction with immediate needs, and ensure commercial and technical success through partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams.
