As a Product Leader, this role involves leading the product strategy and execution for real-time decisions on customer application and transaction approvals/declines based on eligibility, risk profile, and fraud exposure. The Director will shape the future of automated decisions, balancing customer experience against potential fraud losses, and lead a team of product managers, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver digital experiences. The role is for a Product Manager on the Decisioning Product team, responsible for defining, building, and accelerating risk management solutions for pre- and post-booking experiences to serve small business customers quickly and in a well-managed way. This position requires being a coach, visionary, and problem solver, leading an associate product team, co-creating a vision, gaining stakeholder alignment, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value while removing obstacles.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Collaborative and inspirational product leadership experience
  • Hands on experience managing the intersection of product and operations in a well-managed way
  • A strategic thought partner, capable of communicating and influencing senior leadership
  • Ability to collaborate across the enterprise, building relationships with key stakeholders
  • A strong team builder and leader at scale, with a management and recruiting style that is collaborative, energetic, mindful, and innovative
  • Results orientation; ability to set ambitious goals, remove obstacles and hold themselves and others accountable for achieving challenging results for our customers and business
