The International Private Bank Platform Business Management Team is part of JPMorgan Private Bank within the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) line of business, serving ultra and high net worth team members globally. Our goal is to help these affluent clients optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. We partner with the Latin America Private Bank Leadership Team and support the Global Families Group, which covers Private Bank clients in Europe, Asia and Canada from the US. Acting as a trusted advisor and COO to regional and market leadership, we execute business priorities in coordination with functional partners (e.g. Products/Solutions, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Client Service, Program Management, Controls, Audit) across the organization. The business management team is involved in all facets of the business, including business/product development, sales management, performance reporting, data management and issue/risk management. As the Business Manager within the International Private Bank, you will represent the business in global program rollouts, promote process and control enhancements, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. You will collaborate closely with front-office, control, and support partners to understand business priorities and deliver best-in-class execution for the region. In this role, you will lead and support initiatives that simplify, improve, and add value to end-to-end business processes in line with strategic goals. You will partner with key functional areas—including Controls, Client Service, Operations, Finance, Supervisory Management, Risk, Compliance, and Legal—to design and implement change initiatives and process improvements. You will maintain a strong control environment by monitoring and testing key activities, identifying and remediating root causes of recurring issues, and promoting the resolution of key business risks. You will support audits, regulatory and compliance reviews, and related deliverables, helping to define and track action plans. You will manage projects and workstreams, responding to executive ad-hoc requests for project management, analysis, and presentations. You will organize complex information into clear, strategic management materials, reports, and dashboards, leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. You will prepare content for senior leadership meetings, business management forums, and front-office training sessions. You will also maintain internal documentation and collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure information is current, accessible, and well-governed.
