You will collaborate closely with front-office, control, and support partners to understand business priorities and deliver best-in-class execution for the region. In this role, you will lead and support initiatives that simplify, improve, and add value to end-to-end business processes in line with strategic goals. You will partner with key functional areas—including Controls, Client Service, Operations, Finance, Supervisory Management, Risk, Compliance, and Legal—to design and implement change initiatives and process improvements. You will maintain a strong control environment by monitoring and testing key activities, identifying and remediating root causes of recurring issues, and promoting the resolution of key business risks. You will support audits, regulatory and compliance reviews, and related deliverables, helping to define and track action plans. You will manage projects and workstreams, responding to executive ad-hoc requests for project management, analysis, and presentations. You will organize complex information into clear, strategic management materials, reports, and dashboards, leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
